Embeddo is a social bookmark manager that embeds media from the internet.
So, it’s a place where you can store all the interesting stuff you find on the internet, in one place, from both smartphones and desktop computers.
Posts are public but you can easily just click “Make private” before you post and no one else will see it. You can sort your posts in categories and collections and have your own search engine for quick findings. You can explore what other people post, rate posts, check out collections and more.
Embeddo is better bookmarking.

Embeddo uses embedded material so that you can have video and music players, 3d-model viewers, image galleries and more straight in your dashboard.

Embeddo is completely free to use and basic features like saving links with embedded media will always be free.
We’re new and we’ll find some way to make money, but right now we’re just happy to say hello to new people who join Embeddo!
You can add posts in three ways:
The first is to tap the share button in a web browser or app (after this step you might have to click “more”), and then tap the Embeddo logo. Embeddo will extract video, images, music, titles and descriptions that you can edit or simply post directly.
The second way is to copy a link and paste it under the plus in the bottom menu in the Embeddo app.
Some sites do not want to share their content, but you can always save the link with a title.
The third is to tap the plus sign on any post in the Embeddo app.
You can subscribe to people or categories at this point. Tap the subscribe button when you are on somebody’s dashboard or exploring a category.
When you feel that categories aren’t enough you can create your own collections!
When you create a post you can choose an existing collection or create a new collection in the textfield below.
You can only rate posts once.
The number shown on the left represents the average rating from all people who have rated the post combined. Filled yellow stars represents your own rating, all gray stars means you haven’t rated that post yet.
The number of voters on the right is clickable so you can find other people who engaged with the post.
Tap the X to the right in the bottom menu and start exploring. Here you will find everything public uploaded to Embeddo in chronological order. If you like a post, tap the username in the left upper corner and you can explore more from that person.
If you tap the menu in the upper right corner, you can explore categories and collections with other peoples posts.
You can also use the search function in the bottom menu to find both people and posts.
If you want to make a post private, check the “Make private” box above the post button before posting. Private posts will be for your eyes only.
If you want to make a collection private, make sure all post in that collection are private.
Tap the three lines in the upper right corner, tap account setting, tap “Delete my account”.
